The full-bodied Khamaré is used to soothe pain, cleanse impurities from the body and helps to improve the complexion over time.

The benefits: Lubricates and firms the vagina, fights and acts against urinary and vaginal infections, itching and white discharge. Neutralizes bad vaginal and body odors. Relieves stomach aches and painful periods.

Directions for use: infuse 3 to 5 stalks of khamaré overnight in about 1.5 liters of water and drink it throughout the day.
You can also add gowé, alidanke bark, mint, lemon or ginger to the khamaré stalks. The effects will appear after a few days.
